DEPOSIT INFO and SHOP POLICIES
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR DEPOSIT.
By giving a deposit, you agree that you understand & consent to the following:
DEPOSITS
* To secure the appointment time and date offered to you, a deposit is required. This also solidifies the commitment of the individual getting tattooed. Deposits cover lost wages and time that may have gone to another client in the event of a cancellation or no show. In essence, we share the loss if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
* A $100 Deposit is required to secure the appointment date/time on the calendar for single session pieces. If the tattoo requires more than a single session to complete, then an additional $100 deposit will be taken for each additional appointment booked.
* All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* The deposit WILL go toward the cost of the tattoo, at the end of each session, unless specified otherwise.
* I do not make any changes to the drawing the day of the appointment. This is very important to me, because I study the design the night before and morning of, to help formulate a game plan on how to approach each piece. This also makes sure that you, the client, are fully set on the design we discussed, and are not questioning things the day of the appointment.
* I do not email or release ANY artwork before the appointment. During a consultation I will sometimes suggest that you, the client, return to see the sketch/design before the appointment date, if I feel like this will be needed to make sure the form and flow of the design fit as we discussed. At this meeting, I DO NOT allow ANY photos to be taken of the artwork.
* Deposits can not be transferred to another person.
RESCHEDULING / NO SHOWS/ CANCELLATIONS:
* All reschedules must provide notice at least 48 hours (prior) to appointment date, or will forfeit their deposit.
* 1 reschedule will be allowed per deposit. After this 1 reschedule another deposit will be taken to secure a new appointment.
* All (re)scheduling must be done within 30 days upon leaving a deposit or original appointment date. If an agreement hasn't been made within 30 days of leaving the deposit or cancelling your original appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
* No-Call / No-Shows also forfeit their deposit and will be declined any future service. This is incredibly disrespectful to any business owner, as we all rely on the business of our wonderful customers to not only keep the doors open, but more importantly to help support our families. And a No-Call / No-Show, shows a blatant disregard for these factors.
* If you need to cancel your appointment entirely, your deposit will be forfeited.
* Touch ups are free of charge if scheduled within 90 days of the completion of tattoo. Touch ups scheduled after that time will be charged studio minimum [$150]. If you cancel, request to reschedule or no show a complimentary touch up or follow up appointment in which there is no deposit, you will be required to leave a deposit to re-book and will be charged a one hour minimum studio rate [$150/hr] for your time in the chair.

SHOP POLICIES
* Due to the amount of concentration needed for the type of work I do, I don’t allow any guests during consultations or during tattoo appointments. [NO EXCEPTIONS] It is way too distracting to have others talking, or noodling on their phone, etc while trying to focus on the details of a piece. This time is for YOU, and the focus is on making the best piece of art I can, for YOU…not entertaining or babysitting others. And, while it may sound a bit harsh…I’m also a firm believer in, “If you need someone to hold your hand while you’re getting tattooed…then you probably shouldn’t be getting a tattoo.”
* As far as bringing food / snacks / drinks…go for it! Our sessions tend to run long, so it’s best to have something to keep up your energy. I have a mini-fridge to keep things cool if need be.
* NO ALCOHOL, NO WEED, NO DRUGS… Do what you will, on your own time, but not in my shop. I take this Artform and Career very serious, so I ask that you please respect these simple requests. While I do enjoy all of thee above, and completely respect ones decision to partake or not, I wont be tattooing you under ANY of these influences, so I ask the same in return.
* Get a good night sleep and a good meal in you before coming in for your tattoo. It is very important to make sure you have some food in you, as the sessions can be quite long.
* Most Importantly…HAVE FUN! This is YOUR time. I absolutely LOVE my “job”, and I have been so honored to tattoo so many incredible people over the years. People take time off to get tattoos. People travel to get work done. People lose sleep because of the excitement / anticipation of getting a new tattoo…this is such an amazing thing to help see peoples visions come to life. I respect your time, so please respect mine!!!
* Ok…I’m done rambling! [for now]
